Aloha! My name is Erin Bader, owner of “Bader Beauty Salon” in Lihue, Kaua’i.

As a little girl, I first became fascinated with the beauty industry by watching professional hair stylists and makeup artists work their “magic” in the entertainment industry that my father worked in both here in Hawaii and in Hollywood.

Being a licensed cosmetologist, I specialize in all hair types and have a passion for creating haircuts that flow with natural-looking dimensional colors and that grow out beautifully.

After working in the industry on Oahu and building up a clientele, I decided to move back to my hometown on Kaua’i and open up the first “Bader Beauty Salon”. After five years, I moved my salon and expanded it into a new and larger beautiful space in Lihue.

My dream has always been to serve my clientele and make each one of them feel comfortable, happy, and beautiful inside and out.

My name is Jaime Kain, I have always been an artist and have enjoyed expressing myself through hair and makeup.

I grew up in Vancouver Canada, where I enrolled in a 2 year program at a tech high school for Cosmetology. I graduated with honors and a scholarship that brought me to Kaua’i. I then traveled to Sedona Arizona where I was Toni and Guy trained by Mark Owen at Salon Virtue. I spent 6 years doing hair and makeup for weddings and building my clientele. I then expanded my education by traveling to Las Vegas, Prescott and Venice Beach, California. In 2001 I came back to Kaua’i, where I worked at Salon J for 6 years before joining Erin Bader @ Bader Beauty and Ash Mellow in Princeville.
